In February 2023, Bohemian Mama faced a critical challenge as their sales plateaued. Dissatisfied with the agency they were previously engaged with, the client expressed concerns about a lack of proactivity, a misunderstanding of the children's niche, and a noticeable absence of a scaling plan to boost revenue.

Solution:

Strategic Marketing Overhaul

Taking charge of the account amid significant performance downturns, our team devised a comprehensive marketing plan. Recognizing the need for a fresh approach, we proposed a revamp of the content strategy, coupled with rigorous testing of new creatives, audiences, and copy. To enable effective learning from consumer behavior and identify optimal ad strategies, a strategic decision was made to increase the budget.

Harnessing a fresh perspective, we leveraged the existing User-Generated Content (UGC) for testing new content. This approach aimed to not only rejuvenate the brand's image but also to provide valuable insights into consumer preferences.
 

Result:

Enhanced ROAS, Revenue, and Customer Acquisition Efficiency

The strategic marketing overhaul yielded remarkable results for Bohemian Mama. In just 30 days, we achieved a staggering 110% increase in revenue. The Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) remained consistently strong at 4x, showcasing the efficiency of the advertising strategy. Additionally, the brand successfully acquired 698 new customers, signaling a robust revival in customer acquisition.

This enhanced efficiency in customer acquisition, coupled with improved campaign performance, empowered Bohemian Mama to scale more aggressively. The marketing interventions not only revitalized the brand's sales but also laid a solid foundation for sustained growth.

 

Bohemian Mama remains a valued partner to this day, underscoring the lasting impact of the strategic marketing initiatives. The newfound success translated into the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday (BFCM) performance, bringing in a remarkable 25% increase in revenue compared to November 2022. This continued success highlights the enduring value of aligning marketing strategies with the unique needs of the target niche and maintaining a proactive, adaptive approach in a dynamic market landscape.
