To address the challenges, we swiftly revamped Kamari Swim's marketing approach. We strategically discontinued non-revenue platforms and prioritized Facebook Ads, leveraging our industry-specific expertise. Additionally, we formed an Influencer Army to execute a User-Generated Content (UGC) strategy, enhancing brand authenticity.

The results were transformative. Kamari Swim's Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) surged from 0.98X to an impressive 3.10X, signifying the effectiveness of the refined strategy. Within just 60 days, the brand experienced an extraordinary 1,736% increase in revenue.
